Provided the product is used in compliance with normal operating scenarios, should any issues arise—such as defects in raw materials or flaws in manufacturing processes—that cause the device to fail to meet official specifications (resulting in functional anomalies, operational lag, performance degradation, or similar faults), we will unconditionally provide free inspection and repair services, replacement of defective components, or a complete unit exchange. This warranty coverage fully covers all labor costs for repairs as well as the cost of replacement parts; customers are not required to bear any additional expenses.

Important Warranty Notices:
  • When applying for warranty service, customers must present a valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), transaction records, and the product's unique serial number. The warranty process will commence only after these details have been successfully verified.
  • The following circumstances are *not* covered under the free warranty: damage caused by human error during operation; accidental damage resulting from external physical impact or collision; damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or heavy rain; malfunctions resulting from failure to operate the device in accordance with the user manual or from improper daily maintenance; and any faults or damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or the installation of non-original/third-party accessories.
  • Consumable components—such as batteries, filter cartridges, and specialized supplies—are not covered under the standard one-year general warranty system. These specific accessories are subject to their own independent warranty periods; please refer to the detailed product specifications for specific terms and conditions.
